Kory Rosing is a licensed Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Compass, covering Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, Denton, and surrounding counties.
Separately, Kory holds a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser credential through the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB), operating his appraisal practice as Rosing Realty Advisors.
The two practices are intentionally kept separate. When acting as a sales agent, Kory represents buyers, sellers, and tenants through Compass. When acting as an appraiser, he provides independent valuation services through a distinct firm. Roles are never combined on the same transaction.
On the brokerage side, day-to-day work is comp research, pricing strategy, offer structure, contract management, and inspection coordination. The same statistical discipline that drives a defensible appraisal drives the counsel here.

Real estate is a relationship business, and most of mine get built on a course. Kory founded Double Bogey DFW, a not-for-profit golf community of 1,500+ Tarrant-area players who show up for monthly rounds at all skill levels.
